Curated taxon names without index

The numeric suffixes indicating polyphyly were stripped from taxon names, so that they precisely match original GTDB taxon names.

• lineages.txt: Curated Greengenes-style lineage strings.
• ranks.tsv: Curated taxonomic assignments by rank.

Note: GTDB uses a similar approach to label polyphyletic groups, but with alphabetical instead of numeric suffixes, such as “Firmicutes_A”.
